What is Kombucha?

A naturally carbonated, fermented sweet tea.*

The fermenting process reduces caffeine and sugars, resulting in a tasty, essentially non-alcoholic beverage—sure to become a family favorite.

*Alcohol amount does not exceed 0.5% ABU

Sugar, caffeine and artificial sweeteners—most of what we drink isn’t good for our bodies.

Hot Tennessee summers call for crisp, refreshing beverages, but how do you find a satisfying drink with low-sugar and caffeine?

We see new health problems crop up daily, even in the young.

Because of antibiotics, many of us lack healthy bacteria that help us digest our food.

Pesticides, high-fructose corn syrup, and lack of nutrients due to over-farming have made matters worse.

Chattanooga is special. So is our Kombucha.

Superior taste & unique flavors

Our superior organic ingredients and herbal variety add complexity and depth to the flavor.

Enhanced probiotics for a healthy gut.

Spore probiotics create a healthy bacterial culture in your digestive track, fighting bad bacteria and helping you achieve microbial balance.

Keep the flavor, reduce the sugar.

Our special, low-sugar recipe sets us apart from most kombuchas on the market.

The Spring Line-up

Do your body a flavor.

Our thirst-quenching kombucha base is low in sugar content, mostly sweetened with monk fruit and boosted with a spore probiotic supplement.

Hopped Grapefruit

A distinct ruby-red grapefruit character and flavor combined with a beer brewing technique of dry hopping the kombucha. Creates a refreshing, zesty kombucha.

Elderberry lavender

An elderberry kombucha with hints of lavender aroma for a smooth and relaxing effect. The herbal combination is both immune boosting and uniquely restorative.

Whiskey Sour

Aged on oak and finished with organic honey, this kombucha embodies a smooth oaky taste with a honey and whiskey finish.

Strawberry lemonade

A well-loved combination of sun-ripened strawberries with tart lemon zest. Brought together in our kombucha, it offers a mouthwatering balance of sweet and sour.

Ginger Peach

A well-loved combination of sun-ripened strawberries with tart lemon zest. Brought together in our kombucha, it offers a mouthwatering balance of sweet and sour.

Apple Spice

A perfect marriage of tart apple flavor and robust spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.

About Us

Great health, great drinks.

After making kombucha for my family for years, I began the adventure of building a small Kombucha company. My wife and I were becoming more conscientious about our health and the health of our kids. Out of our concern for our family, I have developed our recipes to support optimal health.

2022 was an exciting year of rapid growth and now 2023 should be a good year of increasing production and diversifying packaging options. We continue to research and develop new flavors because we just love making new flavors of kombucha!

We enjoy making and drinking Kombucha, especially when we’re with people who love it as much as we do.
